V.V.Chandra Mouli, has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Science from USA (in Engineering) and experience of over 18 years in consulting and industry, in India and US, Working on consulting assignments with some of the leading organizations in India and abroad, such as Tatas, Hero Honda, IDBI, DFCC, Mr.Chandra Mouli, conceptualized, designed and developed this internet service offering – EurekaOnDemand.com, which will address organizational problem solving needs.  Mr.Mouli, is also the CEO of SimpVentive, an organization which is being built to develop simple & innovative solutions to address, stated and unstated needs & pain areas of customers in the areas of retail, finance, automotives, and office automation. A provisional patent for a path breaking financial product has been filed by Mr.Mouli, in India

Snehil Kumar
Head Offline Consulting

Snehil Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years in industry (Tata Steel) and consulting (CII). He has spent the last decade as a facilitator for TQM, TPM, TOC (Theory of Constraints), lean manufacturing and through-put initiatives with various large organizations in India, including Hero Honda, DCM, SRF, CEAT and Maruti (vendor clusters). He brings rich experience in various aspects of idea generation ,solution implementation and change management processes. Snehil will be spear-heading EurekaOnDemand's unique offiline services model.

Mrs.Harni Narayana Swami, a Fulbright scholar and a recognized international patent and copy rights attorney will be a part of the team.  Mrs.Narayana Swami, who has outstanding academic record including the prestigious Fulbright scholarship, brings to the table a rich experience of about two decades in all aspects pertaining to intellectual property rights, copy rights, trade marks.

Dr.Zhang Bi
PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology

Professor Zhang Bi is currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in manufacturing areas, at the University of Connectut at Storrs. He brings, as a advisory member to the organization, a remarkable expertize in number of conventional and emerging areas of manufacturing. His consulting experience for a large number of organizations in US and China, and the insights from it will be of immense value to the team at EurekaOnDemand.com during the internationalization phase of the portal.

Mr.CN Murthy
alumnus of IIT Kanpur (where he was a Governor's medal winner)

Mr.CN Murthy has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in some of the leading organizations in India, such as ITC. He is presently the Sr.Vice President of Paper Products India Ltd (a part of Huhtamaki) where he spear heads the manufacturing operations and the global integration processes. Mr.CN Murthy, will be mentoring the team on fine tuning EurekaOnDemand's strategy for the manufacturing industry, apart from coaching and guiding them.
